Yes, i am still aprovider and currently have my own home day care which I have operated for nearly 8 years, as well as have worked in centres in the past. I have had many different types of children in my care over the years. I do everything myself. One day I may return to work in the classroom.

What a great blog! I am thinking of opening a home-based daycare and I found this site as I was searching for day care provider support groups, message boards, etc.
I’m also looking for online sites to purchase discount supplies and furniture and stumbled upon a great site (http://appleschoolsupply.com/)! They have a huge selection, their prices are phenomenal, and their customer service is second to none! I think I can purchase almost everything I’ll need to start up from them.
I just found your blog. This is great. I started my child care site about 5 years ago and my blog about a year ago I think. When I am not so busy, I look around at other blogs because I like to see other’s ideas on certain topics. I try not to take sides on most issues because a lot of them are a matter of opinion.
