I have came through a research paper in which side effect of the late night sitting are explored
1.those who work at night having digestion problems
2.they gain more weight with having irregular diet and junk food 
3.Due to the late night sitting damage brain cells 

so keep a good sleep at night</description>

		<description>As someone who wakes up tired everyday I can relate to not having any energy.  It's important to get a good nights sleep a lot.  Makes everyone including yourselves day that much better.  Gotta know that.  Relax, but just do it.</description>
